This is not a position where you will do the exact same thing every day. I’m looking for someone who enjoys construction, takes pride in their work, and can handle different types of projects.\n\n*What I’m Looking For*\n\nThe right person does *not need to know everything*, but you should have real construction or remodeling experience and be comfortable using tools and working independently when needed.\n\nYou should be able to:\n\n* Perform basic and intermediate carpentry and framing\n* Read a tape measure accurately\n* Use common power and hand tools safely\n* Build and repair decks\n* Perform demolition and remodeling work\n* Install flooring, trim, doors, and other finish materials\n* Assist with bathroom and tile projects\n* Follow directions and solve problems in the field\n* Keep a clean and organized work area\n* Work efficiently without sacrificing quality\n\nMost importantly, I’m looking for someone who is *dependable*. Showing up on time, communicating, taking care of customers’ homes, and doing work you’re proud to put your name on are extremely important.\n\n*About the Company*\n\nEugene Construction & Repair is a small, growing company.
