Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist IILocation: Henderson, NVShift: Day Shift (Monday-Thursday / 6:00am - 4:30pm)Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourAbout the RoleWe're placing a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist II with a precision manufacturing client in Henderson, NV. This is a hands-on machining role focused on setup and operation of 2-axis CNC lathe machines to fabricate plastic and non-metallic parts to tight specifications.What You'll DoSet up and operate 2-axis CNC lathe machines for repeat jobs using process sheetsEdit, send, and retrieve CNC programs; perform non-CNC hand-work operations as neededRead and interpret blueprints, travelers, and manufacturing sketchesInspect your own work prior to Quality Assurance first article inspectionTrack and update estimated vs. actual cycle timesProcess work orders and MRP documents accuratelyCommunicate production issues and improvement ideas to leads and supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety protocolsWhat You Bring3+ years of CNC lathe machining experienceAbility to read, format, and edit CNC programsProficiency with inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparatorsBlueprint reading and technical document interpretationStrong shop math and measurement conversion skillsExperience with MRP/job tracking software (e.g., JobBoss or similar)NTMA certificate or technical school credential is a plusSelf-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills
