In this role, you will work closely with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure every transaction progresses efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Transaction coordinators typically serve as the operational backbone of the contract-to-close process, coordinating documents, deadlines, inspections, and communication among all parties.
