Loan Administration HealthCareRole SummaryThe Loan Administrator provides end-to-end administrative and documentation support across the credit lifecycle, from deal execution and closing through ongoing portfolio servicing. This role ensures accurate documentation, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and timely tracking of requirements in accordance with credit policy and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain deal documentation structures, including creating opportunity folders and managing document organization throughout the credit lifecyclePerform initial administrative due diligence to support pre-screening, including basic public searches and internal eligibility checksUse standardized documentation checklists to determine required documentation for credit transactionsOrder and track third-party reports required for underwriting and closing, such as appraisals, environmental reports, property condition reports, and seismic reports.Coordinate with closers to align indicative closing timelines and assist with drafting and managing closing schedulesPerform quality control checks on documentation packages prior to underwriting submission to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport loan documentation and closing preparation by tracking required items against closing checklists and coordinating administrative inputPrepare administrative forms and supporting information required for loan booking and fundingTrack receipt and application of closing-related fees and confirm that payments are processed accuratelyCollect periodic servicing documentation from clients, including financial statements and aging reports, in accordance with monitoring requirementsImage, upload, and maintain loan documentation in systems of record (e.g., Synergy)Update ticketing and tracking systems to reflect receipt of documentation and completion of servicing requirements (e.g., Loan IQ)Qualifications RequiredStrong execution discipline and attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentationEnd-to-end understanding of credit and loan administration processes from origination through post-closingStrong client-facing administrative coordination skills and ability to serve as a reliable point of contact for documentation follow-upAbility to manage dependencies and timelines, including tracking third-party reports and open itemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency with loan systems, document management tools, and tracking platformsClear written and verbal communication skillsCompensation The expected annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
