Job DescriptionTravel Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Nights)Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Claremont, NH.Contract Details12HR Nights; 7p-7:30a - 36hrs/weekStart Date: 6/1/2026Contract: 13 weeksLocation: Claremont, NHHourly Pay: $ 34.00Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00Weekly Total Pay: $2164.00Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if neededTraveler Policy: TRAVELERS UPLOADED TO THIS NEED MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH EACH SPECIALTY.Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any colorPatient Population: Newborn - Geriatric. 50% Rehab, 50% AcuteDrips Seen on Unit: Insulin, Heparin and Diltiazem for PCU.MS/Tele: Typically blood use and antibioticsLNA's on Unit: 3/Day and 3/Nights until Midnight. Admissions end at midnight. LNA's will take care of vitals unless busyRN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.Assessments/Shift: 1 main head to toe assessment, pain/braden/falls once per shift, and hourly rounding and any pain medication assessments as neededFacility will not consider candidates who reside within 50 miles of the facility.A 48HR GT IS NOT AVAILALBE FOR THIS NEEDBLOCK SCHEDULING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS NEED ** Effective Immediately, Please include your New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary RN needs. This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred.
