This role provides programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of acquisition activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic NAVAIR environment.\r\nDuties:\r\nProvide day-to-day program support to PMA-264 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)\r\nAssist in the development, tracking, and maintenance of program schedules, action items, and deliverables\r\nSupport financial tracking, including budget execution, spend plans, and variance analysis\r\nPrepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership review\r\nCoordinate meetings, develop agendas, and document minutes and action items\r\nSupport data collection and analysis to inform program decisions\r\nMaintain program documentation, including SharePoint repositories and official records\r\nAssist with risk and issue tracking and reporting\r\nInterface with government, military, and contractor personnel across multiple functional areas\r\nRequired Education:\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field\r\nRequired Experience:\r\n03 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable)\r\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment\r\nWillingness to learn DoD acquisition processes and program management practices\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nFamiliarity with DoD or Navy acquisition environment (e.g., NAVAIR)\r\nExperience supporting program management, financial analysis, or data analytics efforts\r\nExposure to tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, or Power BI\r\nUnderstanding of DoD 5000 series or acquisition lifecycle processes\r\nStrong attention to detail and time management skills\r\nPositive attitude with a willingness to take initiative\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\r\nEffective interpersonal and communication skills\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
