We will continue to grow the company further towards a successful and high-performance workplace.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nReports to Chief Financial Officer.\n\nPerform monthly general ledger accounting close including account reconciliations and G/L analysis.\n\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliation and related journal entries.\n\nWeekly payroll reporting and oversight as well as monthly and quarterly payroll reports.\n\nOversite and preparation of monthly customer invoicing.\n\nOversite of Accounts Receivable.\n\nThe candidate for this position should have a record of:\n\nFollowing proper accounting procedures to accurately measure financial results.\n\nFlexibility, organization, and a high level of integrity.\n\nAccountability and transparency.\n\nAttention to details and timely deliverables.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of three years' experience as an Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper.\n\nSound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.\n\nProficient in Excel.\n\nExperience with accounting software.\n\nComfortable working in a construction company environment.\n\nExcellent communication and listening skills.\n\nAbility to evaluate situations and make decisions.
