We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential/commercial property. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining the property in excellent condition, managing budgets, and meeting occupancy and financial goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulationsManage leasing activities including advertising vacancies, showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreementsBuild and maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfactionSupervise, train, and support on-site staff including leasing agents, maintenance teams, and contractorsConduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are metManage budgets, approve invoices, and track expenses to ensure cost efficiencyCollect rent, enforce lease terms, and handle delinquency processes as neededPrepare monthly financial, occupancy, and operational reports for ownership/managementOversee vendor contracts, maintenance projects, and capital improvementsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, local, state, and federal lawsQualifications:Previous experience as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or in a related real estate management roleStrong understanding of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficient in property management software (Yardi)Strong financial and budgeting skillsExceptional communication and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and customer servicePreferred Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required)Professional certifications such as CAM are a plusBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and career growth401kPowered by JazzHRr6kpT4xbaf
