stakeholders\n- Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making and drive business growth\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems\n- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance\nQualifications:\n- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)\n- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role\n- Strong knowledge of Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software\n- Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and regulations\n- In-depth understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements\n- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data\n- Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements\n- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Food & Beverage, hotel and/or tourist industry previous experience\nPatrono que ofrece igualdad
