Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT initiatives within a public sector environment. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including governance, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and successful navigation of state approval processes (PAL).Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex IT projects from initiation through completionDevelop and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft ProjectDrive governance, reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder alignmentLead cross-functional teams and ensure successful PAL approvalsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)7–8+ years of IT project management experience4–5+ years as a Senior Project Manager on large/complex IT projectsActive PMP certification (required)5–6+ years managing project schedules using Microsoft ProjectExperience delivering 3–4+ IT projects ($10M+) through successful PAL approvalMaster’s degree or additional relevant experience preferred
