This role is part of a high-performing, cross-functional QA organization working in an onshore/offshore model and reporting to a QA Manager.This is a highly hands-on execution role, not a coordination-only position. The Senior QA Lead Tester actively designs, executes, and validates POS testing while collaborating closely with test leadership, application teams, and business partners.Responsibilities Act as a hands-on senior tester lead participating in POS testing activities Participate in functional and technical design reviews Create review and maintain POS test scenarios and test cases Validate and manage test data in testing environments Execute POS test cases and provide proof of testing and traceability Perform end to end validation of sales returns exchanges refunds promotions discounts taxes and tender processing Document defects with detailed evidence and business impact Collaborate with application teams to support defect resolution and retesting Communicate execution status risks and issues to project teams Drive issues and defects through closure with strong ownership Deliver testing activities within project timelines and priorities Support collaborative cross functional QA operationsBB1Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
