Entry Level Automotive Technician

Commissions: Earn a base pay for hours worked and commissions for each sale closed.
Responsibilities:
Use social media to promote sales and gain leads
Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features
Explain financing options and work with our finance department
Negotiate sales terms and close deals
Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory and current promotions
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships post-sale
Achieve monthly sales targets
Participate in training sessions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for automotive industry and sales
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours
