This organization is undergoing SAP implementation and seeking a qualified individual who has experience working with various modules of SAP pertaining to finance, production, quality management, and material management.\n\nThis individual will provide technical functional expertise as they continue implementing the SAP system across all sites. The opportunity is a permanent, full-time role allowing remote work with some travel necessary. The organization offers extensive benefits and a retirement package that is very competitive in today's market.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Functional Consultant during business process analysis by participating in interviews, workflow analyses, and facilitating discussions with business users.\nTranslate user business requirements into comprehensive functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.\nIdentify and communicate risks and issues related to business rules, functional requirements, and specifications. Actively contribute to managing the scope of applications and related changes.\nParticipate in the UAT phase and go-live period of the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project, addressing live system issues by engaging internal and external stakeholders, leading root cause analysis, and assessing upstream and downstream change impacts.\nSupport quality assurance efforts through functional test case reviews and contribute to user training by creating training materials.\nDrive continuous process improvements by monitoring and analyzing KPIs, proposing process and system changes, providing scope and cost estimates, and optimizing timelines to enhance quality and business outcomes.\nAdditional duties as assigned, based on project needs and organizational requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred.\n5-7 years’ experience in software development, computer engineering, or related position. 7+ years’ experience preferred.\nMust demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and with others.\nStrong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills.\nHigh attention to detail.\nDemonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
