Let your new adventure begin today!\nWHO YOU ARE:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in supporting enterprise-scale programs. This individual will be part of a fast-paced production support and deployment team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in application architecture, cloud infrastructure, automation, documentation, installations, shell scripting, backup and recovery concepts, and application troubleshooting. Responsibilities include developing automation scripts, implementing patches, administering updates, and applying configuration changes to meet project needs.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nDevelop and deploy automated deployment and upgrades in the form of scripts, patches, data loads, backups, build pipeline, and testing\nTroubleshoot performance or infrastructure related issues\nReview peers pipeline code and documentation to ensure performance and consistency across the project\nWrite and review technical documentation and design documents for new features and updates\nWork with software and delivery teams to ensure new features maintain data consistency and performance levels\nWHAT WE REQUIRE:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nClearance Level: Secret\nEducation: Bachelors or equivalent experience\n5+ years of related technical experience\nExperience with commercial cloud service providers (AWS Preferred, Azure or GCP).\nSecurity mindset, experience remedying vulnerabilities (Security auditing experience).\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab or other cloud hosted products such as Azure DevOps, Code Pipeline, and Code Deploy.\nExperience in code control and archival (Github Preferred)\nBasic experience with containers and container orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience setting up monitoring tools at an end user level, and enterprise level.\nExperience using scripting languages to automate routine tasks bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.\nExperience deploying and maintaining highly available faulttolerant systems at scale.\nExcellent technical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with Agile software development processes.\nEffective communication skills including technical writing and documentation.\nStrong ability and desire to work across teams, and with clients on a regular basis.\nExperience with one or more of the following OS is required: Linux/Unix (Red Hat or Centos preferred), Windows\nDoD 8570 IAT level II certified (Security +)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working on DoD/Federal development projects\nExperience being a part of a development pipeline to ‘GoLive’\nExperience deploying and working with Appian platform\nExperience with Databases and SQL\nExperience using Jira and Confluence\nDesired Service Experience in the following: ELB, Endpoint Services, IAM, Route 53, S3, SNS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, KMS\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nHumanIT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
