Power Apps solutions.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions using the Power Platform.\r\nLead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.\r\nDefine technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps development within the organization.\r\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.\r\nConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.\r\nDesign integrations between Power Apps, Microsoft 365 services, third-party applications, and data sources.\r\nOversee the implementation and deployment of Power Apps solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.\r\nStay updated on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and evaluate their applicability to the organization.\r\nRequirements\r\nMinimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role\r\nMinimum degree: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree\r\nSelected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance\r\nSelected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment (up to 3x/week onsite)\r\nExtensive expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and other components of the Power Platform\r\nIn-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related technologies\r\nStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical teams\r\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents\r\nExperience with data modeling, security configurations, and performance tuning in Power Apps\r\nCore Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)\r\nHard Skills\r\nPower Apps\r\nPower Pages\r\nPower
