Experienced Carpenter / Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer

Overview Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to work on home remodeling projects in the Farmington Hills, MI area. Responsibilities Arrive to job site on time in logo-d shirt and appropriate work clothing. Follow instructions given by project manager. Follow the 5 Trustpoints on every job. Keep work area clean and orderly; clean up daily. Communicate with project manager daily about progress. Work quickly and efficiently. Qualifications Stellar work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Ability to drill for hinges, install doors and drawer fronts, and install roll-out trays in cabinets. Experience safely operating power hand tools including table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun. Must be able to work in Farmington Hills and surrounding communities. Must be able to interact with customers professionally and friendly. Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time. Valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform required tasks. Must pass a criminal background check. Preferred (but Not Required) Skills Prior experience in cabinet refacing. Prior experience cutting moldings. Ability to install crown molding. Benefits Rapid growth in the market.
