You’ll be wearing multiple hats, including:AI-Assisted Development: Using LLMs and modern AI coding tools to write scripts, build tools, and spin up projects fast.Custom Outbound Workflows: Designing and maintaining complex automation pipelines (e.g., APIs, webhooks, automation platforms).Web Scraping & Data Mining: Finding creative ways to extract hard-to-get data from across the web.List Building & Segmentation: Crafting highly targeted, ultra-clean lead lists for outbound campaigns.Growth Strategy: Brainstorming and executing new technical angles to improve campaign performance.Who You Are:An AI Power User: You know how to prompt LLMs to write clean code, troubleshoot errors, and build things that would normally take a team of three developers.Ruthlessly Resourceful: When you don’t know how to do something, your first instinct is to figure it out—not ask for permission.Laser Focused: You can lock in, block out the noise, and execute a complex task from start to finish.An Over-Communicator: Because we work with flexible hours and high autonomy, you must be proactive.
