We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing Elite team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to better connect with our customers by ensuring timely and accurate shipments.\nWork Schedule:\n2nd Shift- Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am\nJob Summary\nDrives up to and including Class 8 trucks to transport materials to and from specified destinations. Correctly applies knowledge of commercial driving regulations and area roads.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDrives 1 ton or class 7/8 trucks to transport materials to and from specified destinations.\nloads and unloads truck as required.\nInspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.\nMaintain daily inspection log.\nMaintain telephone or radio contact with the plant to receive the delivery or pick-up instructions.\nMaintains a clean driving record.\nWorks safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications and Skills\nPhysical Labor\nAbility to read letters and numbers.\nAbility to communicate with the driver helper and the customer.\nAbility to use basic math such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: From $26.50 per hour\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nTrucking Driver Type:\nCompany driver\nTrucking Route:\nLocal\nApplication Question(s):\nAre you able to load and unload trucks manually by pushing/ pulling carts?\nCan you drive 10 speed MANUAL on a 18 wheeler?\nExperience:\nCDL Driver: 2 years (Required)\nLicense/Certification:\nCDL A?
