Whether your journey lasts two days or two years, your contribution matters What You'll Do as a Cabinet Stager in Shipping:Stage and organize cabinets for shipment based on labels and shipping instructions Read and verify cabinet tags and shipping board information for accuracy Lift, move, and position cabinets onto conveyor systems Frequently go up and down a small set of stairs throughout your shift Load cabinets onto conveyors from ground level as needed Work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail Take initiative to identify and complete tasks to keep shipping operations on track Skills and ExperienceWhat You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:Physical stamina and strength to lift and move cabinets consistently throughout your shift Ability to be on your feet all day and navigate stairs frequently Comfort working in one of the most physically demanding roles in the facility Strong reliability-excellent attendance and punctuality are critical in this role Basic reading skills to accurately follow labels and shipping instructions Self-motivation and the ability to work independently without supervision Ability to stay focused, consistent, and accountable while managing your own workflow A mature, dependable mindset with a strong work ethic-this role isn't for everyone, but for the right person, it's a steady and rewarding opportunity We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
