You'll be actively leading your team, building relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences, and helping your location achieve its goals.\nWhat You'll Do As a Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your location, including:\nLeading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team\nRecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members\nDriving membership growth and guest retention\nCreating an exceptional guest experience that keeps members coming back\nMonitoring and improving key business metrics and performance goals\nCoaching team members to achieve individual and store goals\nManaging inventory and operational standards\nBuilding community relationships through local marketing and outreach\nCreating a positive, supportive, and accountability-driven culture\nCelebrating wins while helping your team grow through challenges\nWho We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you:\nHave 1+ year of leadership or management experience\nEnjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing others\nAre naturally positive, motivated, and solution-oriented\nLove building relationships with both guests and team members\nThrive in a fast-paced environment\nAre comfortable leading a team toward performance goals\nTake ownership and accountability for results\nHave strong communication and organizational skills\nAre excited about personal growth and leadership development\nExperience in beauty, wellness, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a plus, but great leadership matters most.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here At EverSun, we believe work should be rewarding, challenging, and fun.
