Senior Technical Program ManagerSanta Clara, CA - hybrid (3 days a week WFO is must)ContractMandate Skills - PMP Certification, Agile/SAFe, Stakeholder & Vendor Management, Risk & Governance, Financial Tracking, Microsoft toolsJob Description:What will you do in this roleDirect manage plan and administer Project activities of a division business areaManage complex and cross functional programs and Projects from design and development until productionUtilize multiple vendors and ensure collaborationLead contingency planning and risk mitigationDevelop plan and schedule the development introduction communication and maintenance of all ProjectsContain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attentionCommunicate program performance to program sponsors and executive teamServe as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance teamDetermine the impact of changes on the business case and reforecast value creationIdentify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementationHas worked on large transformation IT programs has technical background worked in SAFe Agile or Agile implementationsSkillsWhat you need to be successful in this roleBABS or an equivalent combination of education andor experiencePMP Project Management Professional certification8 years of project management program management or IT management including financial and schedule performance reporting5 years of experience managing crossfunctional and endtoend IT business processesExperience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance 5 years of experience in required technologyMaster level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
