This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing programs that support the delivery and enhancement of Cloudzentrix’s network intelligence platform. Day-to-day work includes defining program scope and objectives, building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and operations. The Program Manager tracks risks and dependencies, drives issue resolution, facilitates stakeholder communication, and ensures that program outcomes meet business goals and customer expectations.
