Call Time ManagerThe Brennan for Wisconsin campaign is hiring a Call Time Manager to join its rapidly growing team. Joel Brennan is a proven executive leader and former top cabinet official to Governor Tony Evers with a track record of getting things done. He's building a winning campaign for governor to protect Wisconsin values, stand up to Trump's attacks on working families and our freedoms, and deliver real results for families.This is a pivotal role in building our fundraising program and offers the opportunity to work directly with the candidate on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the campaign's call time program and assist in the execution of fundraising goals in coordination with the Campaign Manager and Finance TeamSchedule and staff the candidate during call time, log activity in campaign database, and complete all relevant follow up in a timely mannerSupport the candidate during call time sessions and assist with donor outreach preparationPrepare call lists in advance for call time, including research of donor giving history, contact information, and other relevant informationDetermine call time priorities in coordination with Campaign Manager and Finance TeamTrack progress of the call time program and produce regular reports for the Campaign ManagerAssist with maintenance of the campaign fundraising databaseAssist in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and eventsAssist in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidateOther duties as assigned, based on the needs of the campaignQualifications1 year of campaign fundraising experience (internship experience counts)Experience staffing a candidate or principal preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Wisconsin's political and donor landscape preferred but not requiredProficiency with NGP VAN, ActBlue, and Google SuiteStrong attention to cultivating genuine donor relationshipsAbility to take and implement feedback from managersGreat interpersonal skills, and a positive and thoughtful attitudeStrong attention to detail in fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritiesWillingness to work nights or long hours around fundraising filing periodsValid driver's license, reliable access to a personal vehicle, internet, and a cellphone
