A growing wealth management practice is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and ensure a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced advisory environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Account SupportSupport client service activities including new account openings, ACATS transfers, and money movementsAssist with investment and insurance account administrationEnsure accurate and timely handling of client requestsProvide updates on the status of new business and service requestsMeeting Preparation & ResearchPrepare documentation and materials for client review meetingsResearch client questions and assist advisors with follow-upMaintain organized client records and service proceduresOperations & Team SupportHelp maintain service workflows and operational processesAssist with internal procedures and administrative coordinationSupport consistent service standards across the teamQualificationsMinimum 2 years of client service or operations experience within wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or financial advisory firmBasic knowledge of investments and insurance productsExperience with CRM and financial planning platformsStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
