Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAbout the Role\n\nThe Process Engineer works with Engineering, Production and Maintenance to investigate, develop and implement improved manufacturing methods and processes. This role supports product and process development, tooling and fixture design, operator training, equipment performance and continuous improvement across the Auburn manufacturing operation.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with customers, vendors and Production to develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes.\nLead product and process development and participate in the development and testing of new products.\nReview changes to drawings and specifications and translate requirements into clear manufacturing work instructions.\nDesign, document and implement new tools, fixtures and other production and assembly aids.\nTrain operators on new and existing processes and equipment and provide technical assistance across departments.\nFacilitate team-based problem solving and gather data to support continuous improvement and variation reduction.\nMonitor equipment OEE and identify improvements that increase uptime and manufacturing performance.\nSupport quality, safety, productivity and performance improvement initiatives.\nEvaluate and reprioritize work to meet changing production and customer needs.\nQualifications:\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field, or five or more years of technical experience working with ceramic materials.\nTwo or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience in metallization, materials science and/or assembly.\nExperience using SolidWorks and knowledge of project-management processes and techniques.\nKnowledge and application of ASME Y14.5 geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and familiarity with metrology and inspection instruments.\nStrong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under changing priorities and deadlines.\nLean manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge is desired.\nProject Management certification, MasterCAM programming, machining practices and ceramics machining experience are desirable.\nWhy Join Morgan?\nMedical, dental and vision coverage beginning on the first day of regular full-time employment.\n401(k), vacation, holiday and sick time.\nLife insurance, disability coverage and Employee Assistance Program.\nTuition reimbursement and opportunities for training and advancement.\nEligibility for the applicable annual bonus plan for salaried employees.\nAdditional Requirements\nSuccessful completion of the pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol testing and criminal background investigation is required following an offer of employment.\nThis position requires access to information subject to ITAR, EAR and NRC requirements.
