Senior Partner Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to oversee and enhance partner relationships in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 partners, developing account plans and driving partner-sourced revenue Recruit and onboard 15-30 new partners quarterly, ensuring they are trained and ready to sell within 60 days Establish repeatable processes for partner activation and enable partners with the necessary tools and training to sell effectively Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, with a proven track record of revenue responsibility Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and grow partner relationships Strong understanding of partner economics, incentive design, and activation models Experience in building and implementing partner management systems and playbooks Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and customer success teams
