opportunities and define effective solutions.\r\nTranslate complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology architectures.\r\nCommunicate technical concepts, recommendations, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nBalance innovation with considerations around risk, scalability, supportability, security, and cost effectiveness.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\r\n5+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise applications.\r\nStrong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar technologies.\r\nHands‑on experience developing AI-enabled products, automation platforms, conversational applications, or intelligent business solutions.\r\nFamiliarity with modern AI development concepts, including:\r\nAgent-based architectures\r\nRetrieval-augmented generation (RAG)\r\nFunction and API integrations\r\nPrompt design and optimization\r\nOutput validation and structured responses\r\nMonitoring and observability\r\nAI governance and safety controls\r\nExperience deploying applications into production environments with a focus on quality, scalability, security, and supportability.\r\nStrong background building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and containerized solutions.\r\nExperience with modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software
