We provide high-touch M&A services, helping companies position themselves for potential buyers, create a market of qualified buyers, and negotiate to maximize transaction value.\n\nWe are seeking an entry-level Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The individual will benefit from SEG’s established brand within the software industry, an array of tools SEG has invested in to assist in driving successful M&A efforts and collaboration with other individuals on the deal execution team.
