Graphic Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Stallion Equity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various media, including digital and print. This role requires a strong understanding of art direction, branding, and visual design principles, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content creators, and clients to produce high-quality visual content that enhances our company's presence and communicates our message effectively. Duties Develop and execute graphic design concepts for digital assets, print materials, branding projects, and marketing campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Create logo designs, motion graphics, UI/UX layouts, and web design elements that adhere to brand guidelines. Produce engaging digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations for various platforms. Design layouts for brochures, advertisements, signage, social media content, and presentation materials with attention to typography, color management, and overall composition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts for video editing projects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Video editing software. Manage project timelines effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across all visual materials. Stay current with industry trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and emerging technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-related projects. Assist in the production of sign manufacturing projects and ensure accurate color matching and layout precision. Participate in client presentations to communicate design ideas clearly using strong presentation skills. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design or related field with a portfolio showcasing work in branding, digital art, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and print advertising. Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and tools like InVision for prototyping. Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and basic scripting like JavaScript is a plus. Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or other CMS platforms is desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. A keen eye for detail, innovation, and a passion for creating compelling visual stories through digital art, illustration, and motion graphics.
