You will work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams to drive products from early development through testing, production readiness and delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Lead complex product development programmes from concept through development, testing, production readiness and delivery, managing schedules, budgets, risks and technical dependencies.\n- Coordinate Engineering, Product, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and commercial teams to ensure technical deliverables are aligned and delivered effectively.\n- Act as a senior technical interface for customers and development partners, supporting technical discussions, trade-offs, issue resolution and project reporting.\n- Drive design verification, quality, certification, NPI and production-readiness activities while managing technical risks, corrective actions and complex engineering issues.\n- Work with suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal teams to manage procurement, production ramp-up and global delivery requirements.\n- Establish effective program management processes, maintain project documentation and provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and junior program managers.\n\nAbout You\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong combination of program management capability and technical engineering knowledge.\n\nYou should have:\n\n- 10+ years' experience in project or program management, ideally delivering complex hardware/software products.\n- A strong technical background within engineering, aerospace, satellite communications, RF, telecommunications, networking or another technically complex environment.\n- Experience with NPI, manufacturing ramp-up and production readiness, with a proven track record of delivering programmes on time and within budget.\n- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority, working effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.\n- Customer-facing experience and the ability to communicate complex technical issues, risks and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.\n- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project or Smartsheet.\n- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
