The successful candidate will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring performance, maintainability, and compliance with project requirements.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalyze functional business applications and technical design specifications supporting acquisition and contract management, finance, personnel and workforce, and property management functions.\n\nDesign, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software applications.\n\nDevelop diagrams, process flows, and logic flowcharts to support software design.\n\nPerform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.\n\nEnhance existing software applications to improve performance, reduce processing time, and increase operational efficiency.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including program documentation and user guides.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new application functionality.\n\nSupport large-scale database management systems (DBMS) and integrate application components with enterprise databases.\n\nEnsure software deliverables meet project schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\n\nProvide technical direction to other programmers to ensure development schedules, quality standards, and program deadlines are met.\n\nWrite and maintain automated tests that execute in the CI/CD pipeline, and remediate findings from automated code-quality and static application security testing gates.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\n4+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications in C# on the Microsoft .NET platform, including ASP.NET Core 6 through 8.\n\nCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain the Public Trust suitability\n\nCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.\n\nWhat We Would Like You to Bring with You:\n\nExperience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later, including stored procedures and data processing logic written in Transact-SQL.\n\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software applications.\n\nExperience building web user interfaces with JavaScript and React; Vue experience desirable.\n\nExperience developing and deploying applications in an on-premises Windows Server environment.\n\nExperience developing in Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or later, using Azure DevOps for work item and configuration management and Git for source control;
