This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. The Administrative Director also plays a key role in strategic planning and budgeting for the department. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives 2. Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations 3. Collaborate with other department heads and external partners to ensure seamless patient care 4. Monitor and analyze departmental budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures 5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements 6. Evaluate and improve the quality of patient care through data analysis and process improvement initiatives 7. Serve as a liaison between the inpatient services department and senior leadership 8. Oversee the implementation of new programs and services within the department 9. Participate in strategic planning for the overall healthcare facility 10.
