Employees can be placed anywhere on the production line, either working directly with our product or in supplementary processes. There are a variety of openings associated with this position ranging from palletizing, loading, inspection, meat cutting, and sanitation. This position is physical and fast-paced.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nKeep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards\n\nConduct job related tasks that may include, but are not limited to, using hand tools, knives, pallet jacks and other machinery\n\nMaintain good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills\n\nHave a positive attitude while upholding a culture of mutual respect for all\n\nAdditional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs\n\nComplete any assigned tasks and/or projects as needed\n\nKey Qualifications\n\nThe ability to work in a cold environment (35-45 degrees)\n\nThe ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift\n\nThe ability to work with and handle raw meatThe ability to uphold safe food processing standards\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age or older\n\nAbility to work any shift preferred\n\n*Prior experience is preferred but not required*\n\nOpen Positions\n\nLine Worker\n\nPackaging\n\nPalletizing\n\nMeat Cutting\n\nAbout EW Grobbel\n\nEW Grobbel is a family food company that was established in 1883.
