You will work 4-5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift), with 3 weekend shifts required per month. Apply today and join the Hydration Room team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!Core Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate, detailed reports and health recordsPromote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patientsModify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditionsWork with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job resultsKeep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shiftMaintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customersOversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinicsMaintain documentation of patient care servicesTrain new staffDeliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinicPerform other related duties as required and assigned by management staffUphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational GuidelinesRequirementsCurrent BLS certification requiredBSN or diploma in nursingValid RN License with no sanctions, past or presentTwo years of related experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of IV Clinic proceduresProficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related softwareExcellent organizational skills and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient carePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to traverse the entire facilityMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesThis job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification.
