If you know electrical work, we'll teach you how to teach.What You'll Be DoingAs an Electrical Instructor, you'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.You will:Teach hands-on electrical skills using real equipment and real-world scenariosDemonstrate proper installation, wiring methods, and safety proceduresShare jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and code best practicesMentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learnersPrepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world successParticipate in paid training and ongoing professional developmentWork independently while being supported by an experienced education teamNo lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid E-1 or E-2 Electrical licenseAt least 3 years of hands-on electrical experienceStrong understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety standardsAbility to work independently and manage your dayStrong communication and organization skillsWhy This Role?No weekends.
