The ideal candidate will have experience working with contract management systems, document repositories, and large volumes of contract-related data.\nResponsibilities\nReview and validate contract records within a CLM platform\nVerify contract metadata and key contract attributes\nPerform contract data cleanup and quality assurance activities\nReconcile contract information across systems and repositories\nSupport contract repository administration and organization\nReview executed agreements and ensure data accuracy\nResearch and resolve discrepancies in contract records\nMaintain documentation and support governance/compliance initiatives\nWork independently through high-volume review and validation activities\n\nRequired Experience\nExperience working within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform\nExperience with contract repositories, document management, or records management\nExperience performing data validation, data cleanup, quality assurance, or reconciliation activities\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills\nComfortable reviewing large volumes of records and data\nStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skills\n\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. ®\n\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
