Supporting that achievement is a rigorous operational reality: new schools must be onboarded quickly, invoiced accurately, and reported on reliably across multiple systems and varied launch schedules.In this position, you will own complete school onboarding operations (SIS configuration, rostering, credential management, testing coordination, platform readiness). You will manage billing and accounts receivable using platforms such as NetSuite and Stripe. You will also create automated data pipelines and deliver weekly leadership reporting by integrating tools like SIS, HubSpot, and financial systems.
