This is a 2-year grant-funded Palliative Care Social Worker opportunity offering meaningful, purpose-driven work.A Day in the Life of a Palliative Care Social WorkerAs a Palliative Care Social Worker, no two days are the same. Youll partner with patients, families, and care teams to navigate complex journeys with compassion.
