You should demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while navigating a fast-paced corporate environment and effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDirect the full lifecycle of workplace renovation and construction projects from initial concept to final occupancy.\nOversee project scope, budget management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.\nCollaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, and internal partners throughout the project duration.\nSupervise office modernizations, tenant improvements, and critical infrastructure upgrades.\nMaintain strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and corporate quality standards to ensure a secure environment.\nExecute strategic planning for office and lab facilities across locations in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, San Jose, and Longmont.\nManage the entire procurement process, including contractor selection, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.\nConduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to proactively resolve construction challenges.\nTrack financial performance, including invoice approvals, change orders, and budget reporting.\nPartner with cross-functional teams such as Facilities, IT, and HR to facilitate seamless project delivery.\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and executive-level presentations.\nManage project closeout procedures, including warranty tracking and the documentation of lessons learned.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management standards and workplace delivery practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nTen to twelve years of professional experience managing commercial construction projects.\nProven track record of successfully delivering corporate, lab, or industrial construction initiatives.\nDeep understanding of construction methodologies, procurement, and contract administration.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scales and capital investments.\nExpertise in permitting processes, ADA compliance, and workplace safety standards.\nStrong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder negotiation.\nProficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nProfessional Skills\n\nProfessional certification such as PMP, CCM, or LEED.\nExperience operating within manufacturing, technology, or corporate campus settings.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Smartsheet, or MS Project.\nBackground in occupancy planning and workplace strategy initiatives.\n\nBenefits and Compensation: The standard base pay for this position is $45.00 - $53.00 per hour. Non-exempt staff are eligible for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, as required by law. Final salary offers are based on individual experience, education, and skill sets. Full-time team members may select from a variety of benefit programs, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of bereavement leave, 401(k) participation with company match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care accounts, and various supplemental insurance options.
