If you are self-driven and looking for a fast-paced position that utilizes power industrial equipment, then this is the role for you.\n\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nOperate powered forklift trucks, hoists, handcarts, and other material handling equipment\n\nUse production paperwork to locate, deliver and place materials in a warehouse environment\n\nMaintain equipment in good operating order, following power industrial equipment guidelines and completing start-of-shift inspection checklist\n\nPerform housekeeping and 5S to keep the department clean, safe, and well organized\n\nIdentify problems or potential safety hazards and recommends resolutions\n\nMentor and train entry-level Material Handlers within their scope of responsibilities\n\nPerform warehouse transactions\n\nFocus on continuous improvements of material handling processes\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\n2-4 years related experience as a Material Handler\n\nDemonstrated skills necessary to perform the duties of the position\n\nCompetent in the operation of a fork truck\n\nPossess a valid driver’s license\n\nPrevious experience in SAP, RF Device, and Warehouse Management preferred.\n\nREQUIRED PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\n\nRoutinely bends and lifts up to 40 pounds individually\n\nWorks in multiple positions during a shift\n\nAbility to stand for an 8-hour shift\n\nENVRINOMENTAL EXPOSURES:\n\nRoutinely and regularly works near moving mechanical parts\n\nOccasionally exposed to hot conditions\n\nOccasionally exposed to non-toxic fumes\n\nModerate noise level\n\nOccasionally exposed to oil, grease, gasoline, dust, metal particles and sharp-edged materials\n\nSAFETY REQUIRMENTS:\n\nMust be able to wear safety glasses, steel toed shoes and hearing protection.\n\nHours 3pm - 1am\n\nPay Rate$21-24\n\nPay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
