You’ll spend your time on the floor, working directly with operators, troubleshooting real-time issues, and improving how materials perform in production.What You’ll DoSupport and improve continuous coating and converting processesTroubleshoot production challenges across materials, equipment, and process conditionsWork with resin-based systems (epoxy, phenolic, polyester, and custom blends)Partner closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teamsLead trials, process improvements, and new product introductionsDevelop and refine process standards and best practicesDrive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency on the floorWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in Process Engineering or Manufacturing EngineeringExperience in a production environment (coatings, paper, plastics, films, composites, or similar)Hands-on, practical approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvementComfortable working on-site and on the plant floor dailyCuriosity around how materials behave in real-world productionDirect coatings or resin experience is a plus, but not required.Location & RelocationThis role is based in Bedford County, PA and requires relocation.Relocation assistance is provided.For the right person, this is an opportunity to step into a different pace of life.
