If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\r\nWe are currently seeking a Security Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).\r\nJob Description - SAP Security Lead\r\nDay to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)\r\n\r\nLead and oversee SAP Security and GRC activities for global Greenfield S/4HANA implementation.\r\nAct as the primary Security & GRC Lead, owning end-to-end security architecture, role design, risk management, and compliance strategy.\r\nDefine and manage the SAP Security and GRC governance model, aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, and SAP best practices.\r\nOwn and maintain the Security & GRC inventory/backlog, including roles, authorizations, SoD rules, mitigations, and access workflows.\r\nDesign and implement S/4HANA security architecture, including:\r\nBusiness roles, catalogs, and authorization design\r\nFiori Launchpad security and role mapping\r\n\r\nTechnical and functional access controls\r\n\r\n\r\nLead SAP GRC Access Control processes:\r\n\r\nAccess Risk Analysis (ARA)\r\nSoD rule set design and maintenance\r\nMitigation controls\r\n\r\nEmergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter)\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner with functional, development, and integration leads to ensure clean-core-compliant security design across:\r\n\r\nS/4HANA\r\nSAP BTP\r\nSAP Fiori\r\n\r\nRAP/CAP and side-by-side extensions\r\n\r\n\r\nDefine SAP BTP security architecture, including:\r\n\r\nRole collections\r\nOAuth scopes\r\n\r\nTrust configuration and identity federation\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport security design for integrations with SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP SaaS applications.\r\n\r\nManage user provisioning and lifecycle processes, including integration with IAM/IDM solutions.\r\nConduct security testing, authorization testing, and GRC validation during SIT, UAT, and pre-go-live phases.\r\nSupport cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live access stabilization activities.\r\nCoordinate audits, address findings, and ensure compliance with internal and external security requirements.\r\nTrack work execution, risks, and issues using Agile/Jira.\r\nMentor and guide onshore and offshore SAP security and GRC teams.\r\n\r\nBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)\r\nSAP Security & GRC Experience:\r\n\r\n10+ years of SAP security and authorization experience.\r\n\r\nS/4HANA Greenfield Implementations:\r\n\r\n6+ years supporting or leading security for Greenfield S/4HANA programs.\r\n\r\nSAP S/4HANA Security:\r\n\r\n6+ years designing roles, authorizations, and Fiori security concepts.\r\n\r\nSAP GRC Access Control\r\n\r\n5+ years hands-on experience with:\r\nAccess Risk Analysis (ARA)\r\nMitigation Controls\r\nEmergency Access Management (Firefighter)\r\n\r\nFiori & Launchpad Security:\r\n\r\n4+ years managing catalogs, groups/spaces, and role mappings.\r\n\r\nSAP BTP Security\r\n\r\n4+ years designing security for SAP BTP, including role collections, OAuth scopes, and trust configurations.\r\n\r\nCloud & SaaS Security:\r\n\r\n3+ years securing integrations with SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other SAP public cloud solutions.\r\n\r\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM):\r\n\r\nExperience integrating SAP with corporate IAM/IDM solutions and user provisioning workflows.\r\n\r\nAudit & Compliance:\r\n\r\nProven experience supporting SOX, internal/external audits, and compliance reviews.\r\n\r\nAgile Delivery & Jira:\r\n\r\n4+ years experience working in Agile delivery environments using Jira.\r\n\r\nLeadership & Communication:\r\n\r\nDemonstrated experience leading SAP security workstreams and collaborating with IT, business, and audit stakeholders.\r\n\r\nTravel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%.
