As a residential roofing contractor, we offer exterior remodeling services such as roof replacement and repairs, skylight replacement and repairs, siding replacement and repair, gutter installation, and gutter guards. No job is too small or too large for us.ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential clients within our target market and cultivate relationships with them through door-knocking, networking, and customer referralsAttend adjuster meetingsConduct sales appointments, provide roof inspections or schedule inspections for project managers, and sign contractsCollect payment from the customer as needed and turn in jobs to be builtManage relationships and sales pipelineRequirementsAbility to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new networking relationships, and utilizing proven strategies in the roofing industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust possess a valid driver's licenseSales experience is preferred
