This is a hands-on position with the potential to grow into a supervisory role as we expand the electrical division of our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial Electrical construction and service work, is comfortable leading job sites, and can coordinate multiple service calls and teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and execute commercial electrical projects from start to finish\nCoordinate and support service technicians on multiple job sites\nProvide efficient, high-quality service with minimal callbacks\nCommunicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and customers\nLift and transport heavy tools and equipment\nWork outdoors and in varied weather conditions when required\nParticipate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and overtime as needed\nMaintain and manage inventory on a fully stocked service truck\nComplete annual service reviews and documentation\nRequired Qualifications:\nValid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License\n3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical work\nValid drivers license with an insurable driving record\nNo felony convictions\nMust be able to pass a drug screening\nAbility to lift and move heavy equipment safely\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nMust provide and maintain your own set of hand tools\nWork Schedule:\nFull-time: 40 hours/week\nDays: Monday Friday\nOn-Call: Weekend availability and overtime as needed\nCompensation & Benefits:\nHourly Pay: $28.00 $40.00 (based on experience)\nHoliday Pay: 7 paid holidays, including your birthday\nPaid Time Off: 40 hours vacation after 1 year of employment\nCompetitive wage and opportunities for growth into supervisory role\nSteady workloadeven during winter months\nHSA (Health Spending Account) eligibility\nCompany Supplied Cintas Uniforms cleaning service\nCompany Truck & Gas Card for Journeymen\nBoot allowance\nJoin Our Team:\n\nIf youre a dependable, experienced journeyman looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we want to hear from you.
