You will inspect losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction.This is a revenue-generating leadership role managing $1.5-$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need project managers who do the same.What You'll DoInspect losses and create accurate scopes in XactimateDocument projects using Docusketch for insurance-related recordsNegotiate with insurance companies and close salesManage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectationsDevelop detailed schedules and coordinate production teamsRecruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor networkOversee material selections, permitting, and code complianceManage budgets to ensure project profitabilityComplete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outsNavigate TPA and program requirementsMentor and develop production staffReady to Join Us?We are building the future of property protection and need strong project managers to help lead the way.
