In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing key backend features, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the architecture of our event-driven and distributed systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.\nDesign and implement robust, high-performance SQL queries and optimize database interactions.\nBuild and maintain services using ORMs like Sequelize or TypeORM.\nArchitect and implement event-driven solutions for distributed systems.\nApply expert-level knowledge of design patterns to build maintainable and scalable code.\nImprove existing codebases and systems by diagnosing performance bottlenecks and fixing critical issues.\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience as a backend engineer.\nProficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.\nStrong experience with SQL and ORMs like Sequelize or TypeORM.\nSolid understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.\nExpert knowledge of design patterns and best practices for clean and maintainable code.\nNice to have\nExperience with frameworks like MedusaJS, AdminJS, Refine, or similar tools.\nPrior experience with React.\nFamiliarity with Golang.\nLocation\nAble operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
