In recent years, with its active deployment in the fields of cloud computing, automotive electronics, 5G, AIoT and optoelectronics, coupled with expansion of new business for smart life, LITEON continues to use its professionalism, rich industrial experience, flexible supply chain management with quick response and diverse worldwide operational centers, has become the best partner of global customers for creating value, innovation, and application of smart technology.\nEssential Responsibilities for FAE position:\n· Handle customer complaints, analyze errors, solve problems,\n· RMA IC electrical/physical fault analysis.\n· Work closely with CQE and communicate with customers via FA reports.\n· Support RMA activities (developing rework, troubleshooting procedures, customer auditing…).\n· Work with HQ support team to meet our clients and market needs.\n· Failure diagnostic and support of root cause analysis of product validation issues.\n· Conduct routine checks on systems to avoid failures.\n· Generate technical documentation and customer 8D reports to meet internal procedural and customer requirements.\n· summarize a report for driving corrective action.\nQualifications:\nRequires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.\nExperience in electrical functional testing and troubleshooting including root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution (8 Discipline Problem Solving Approach).\nKnowledge of automotive quality tools/processes such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, DFA is a strong advantage\nExperience as technical sales support is preferred\nExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with internal customers, staff members and clients.\nMust be self-motivating, have strong time management/organizational skills, ability to work diligently on your own and be a team player\nAbility to demonstrate flexibility in dealing with difficult or unpleasant circumstances, adjust to changing conditions to meet job and customer requirements.\nStrong in multitasking, set priorities & follow through.\nLite-On, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
