In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.\n\nWe are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Onsite HR Representative\n\nThis role, based inside the offices of the manufacturing plant, you will support the HR and Safety department with the administration of policies and procedures across all areas of Human Resources. You will serve as a frontline resource for manufacturing employees, assisting with HR-related questions and providing administrative support for day-to-day HR processes for the evening shift. This includes entering and maintaining employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and data integrity. In addition, you will partner with the Safety Department by assisting with audits, documentation, and administrative tasks to help support a safe and compliant workplace.\n\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nProvides support to HRBP Manager including administrative and compliance support for the electronic corrective action process.\nMaintains transactional objectives daily/weekly/monthly.\nUtilizes electronic form maker to help take the HR department paperless.\nPrioritizes employee requests, complaints and problems courteously and promptly.\nCreates and edits presentations, agendas, emails, employee communications, reports and written postings for management review.\nAdvanced project work for HR Leadership.\nAssists with the termination process by completing the administrative tasks.\nPrepares correspondence, reports and records from a complex and/or confidential source.\nAssists with the implementation of new HR trainings.\nServes as the first point of contact for employees by leveraging knowledge of HR and Safety to address questions and provide support.\nDocuments employee questions and coordinates with the appropriate HR partner to provide resolution\nAssists with Employee Engagement events and other related duties as required.\nAssists with the biannual employee engagement survey.\nProvide administrative coverage for other peer HR administrative roles as required.\nSupports the administration and maintenance of the performance management system.\nServes as liaison between employee and management to answer questions regarding company practices, regulations, compensation, and/or benefits.\nSupports company leave administration process including assisting employees in leave requests and administration of disability insurance programs.\nAssists employees and answers questions about company health benefit programs.\nWorks to analyze and correct issues related to HRIS system; creates and maintains historical documentation related to corrections.\nWorks on the implementation of different HR initiatives.\nActs as a resource for employee questions regarding the Attendance Points system and supports accurate updates within HRIS.\nPrepares Ad Hoc reports related to HRIS.\nProvides backup to payroll with timekeeping processes and payroll inquiries.\nProcess Data Changes as needed\nSupports safety initiatives by completing operator audits during routine floor walks.\nAssists the Safety Department with various administrative tasks and documentation.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nWhat do we offer?\n\nMedical\nDental\nVision\nLife Insurance\nShort term & Long-term disability\nAccidental death insurance\nSupplemental life insurance\nCompany paid holidays\nFlexible Spending Accounts\n\nMinimum Requirements and Qualifications\n\nA suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:\n\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience\n1+ year of experience in Human Resources or in high volume customer-facing role\n1+ year of experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse operations\nEnglish & Spanish language skills: Fully bi-lingual in Spanish, able to read, speak and write\nProficiency with related software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) / Intermediate Excel.\nStrong communication skills – oral and written\nMath skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide\nPhysical Demands: Office and warehouse environment; able to move around the plant/manufacturing environment, walk long distances, and climb stairs\nAble to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nSchedule: Able to work evening hours Monday -Friday\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nTo be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:\n\n1+ year(s) HR Admin Experience\nSHRM – CP or PHR\n\nAnd of course – our Core Values\n\nTo thrive and succeed in this role, you understand the importance of our core values – Together We build our future, We play to win, We embrace change and We walk the talk; these values reflect the heart and soul of Dometic and they define what it takes to work here and how we do things.\n\nAre you our next star?
