Night Watchman

Night Watchman Candidate must have their own RV/ travel trailer and live onsite. Basic utilities will be provided. Patrols property checking windows, doors, and equipment to make certain they are secured. Investigates unusual conditions or disturbances and detour admittance of unauthorized persons onto the premises; Prevents damage to property; Checks condition of fire hazards. Job requirements: A valid driver’s license. Clean criminal history, Able to properly complete shift reports. Be able to cooperate with local law enforcement and be a general security presence and visible deterrent to criminal infractions. Screening and Evaluation: While not part of initial applicant screening, the finalist for this position may be required to pass a criminal history background check as part of a contingent offer of employment. Employment is contingent upon a pre-employment drug screen.
