Industrial Designer (Accessoreis)

Luxury Accessories Brand is seeking a senior-level Industrial Designer with advanced Rhino expertise.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly technical hard goods product development professional who can turn 2D sketches and concept drawings into refined, manufacturable 3D models without losing the integrity of the original design visionIn this role, you will help bring distinctive hard goods concepts to life across eyewear and other product categories. You will partner closely with design and development leadership to build sophisticated 3D CAD models, solve complex surfacing challenges, and support products from concept refinement through prototype and production-ready execution.Responsibilities:Work on distinctive, design-forward hard goods productsPartner directly with leadership on high-visibility development projectsApply advanced Rhino, SubD, and NURBS expertise in a highly technical environmentOwn the translation of 2D concepts into production-considerate 3D modelsTranslate 2D sketches, drawings, and concept inputs into accurate, high-quality 3D Rhino modelsBuild advanced surface geometry while preserving the aesthetic, proportion, and flow of the original design intentDevelop manufacturable models with appropriate wall thicknesses, radii, part transitions, connectivity, and low-level mechanical feasibilityCreate and refine complex hard goods forms using Rhino, including SubD and NURBS workflowsPerform surfacing, extraction, curvature analysis, and radius development throughout the design processProduce rough prototypes through 3D printing or casting methods for internal review and approvalIncorporate rapid revisions and feedback to move concepts toward final approvalGenerate detailed 2D drawings and profiles from 3D CAD files for manufacturing and internal communicationCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners while remaining open to feedback, direction, and coachingRequirements:3-5 years of industry experience out of eyewear, jewelry, toys, medical devices, aerospace, or other hard goods environmentsAdvanced expertise in Rhino, including SubD and NURBS surfacingExperience transforming undeveloped 2D concepts into polished, production-aware 3D modelsBackground in industrial design, product development, or CAD development for physical productsStrong understanding of surface continuity, curvature, radius control, and model refinementAbility to generate precise 2D technical drawings from 3D CAD filesProficiency with Adobe Illustrator; KeyShot experience preferredDirect Hire5 days on-site (non-negotiable)
